OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR SUBMISSION TO SALES PRESENTATIONS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR: Coborn’s, Incorporated, a Minnesota corporation ("Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY: Subject to limitations set forth below, only legal residents of the states of Minnesota and South Dakota who are eighteen years of age or older at time of entry are eligible. Registration is not open to employees of Sponsor or to their immediate family members (spouses, children, siblings, parents, grandparents and grandchildren), or any persons domiciled with such employee. HOW TO REGISTER: Registration will begin at 12:00:01 a.m. (CT) on March 14, 2010 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. (CT) on March 27, 1010 (the "Registration Period"). Registration forms are available at each of Sponsor’s twenty-six Coborn’s grocery stores (the “Stores”) as well as on http://www.Coborns.com. Entry is limited to one per person, per day, throughout the Registration Period. Registrants must include their first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (where you can be reached during normal business hours), mobile phone number (optional) and e-mail address. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be returned. In the event of a dispute in connection with the identity of the individual who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account identified on the online entry form. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Multiple daily entries submitted by the same person will be disqualified.
3. DRAWINGS: A random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted on or before May 1, 2010. Four winners will be drawn at each of the Stores and four will be selected from registrations made on http://www.Coborns.com (the “Winners”). Sponsor will contact the Winner, in person, at the home address provided on the entry form between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. CT. If Sponsor is unable to reach the Winner in person, that Winner’s entry will be returned to the pool of entrants and a substitute Winner will be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries.
4. CASH PRIZES: At the time Winner is visited in person by Sponsor they will receive a $20.00 “Coborn’s Cash” Gift Card for each Food Club, Top Care, Full Circle and Paws item Winner has in their immediate possession and available for viewing by Sponsor up to a maximum of $500.00 (“Cash Prize”). There is no minimum award for having been selected a Winner.
5. ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners may not assign or transfer their interest therein. Where applicable, Winners shall be solely responsible for payment of any and all taxes on the cash they receive. Failure of a Prize Winner to timely sign, notarize and return any required affidavit and release, or comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, will result in disqualification and the forfeiture of his or her interest in the Cash Prize. The Prize Winner must sign any other legal documents which Sponsor may require (including W9 tax forms). Non-compliance may result in disqualification and selection of a substitute winner at random from among all remaining eligible entries.
6. CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor and judges appointed by Sponsor which shall be final and binding in all respects. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the entries or drawings will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Unless prohibited by law, acceptance of a Cash Prize Gift Card constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its respective advertising and promotional agencies, to use each Winner's name, address (city and state) and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation the Internet.
7. DISCLAIMERS: By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor will not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession/use and/or misuse of prize(s), the theft of prizes or mail, travel to and from any prize-related activity, participation in the drawings, printing, mailing or distribution errors, or any malfunctions of the telephone network, computer Internet system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or for any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, postage-due, forged, illegible, inaudible, mutilated, mechanically duplicated, mass machine printed, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to any participant’s or third person's computer and/or its contents, related to or resulting from the drawings. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify the terms hereof if, in its sole discretion, it determines that for any reason administration of the drawings cannot proceed as originally planned, fraud, technical failures, printing, mailing or distribution errors, or any other unanticipated causes or occurrences have compromised the fairness or integrity of the drawings. In the event the drawings are terminated prior to the stated end date, Sponsor reserves the right to award all prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination.
