Conger sources primarily from local Midwest farmers, including a direct partnership with Fellers Ranch in Conger, Minnesota.

Our Bake Shoppe items are baked fresh in our St. Cloud bakery and delivered daily — never frozen, always fresh.

We use flour sourced from the Upper Midwest and processed in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Our sugar is also thoughtfully sourced in the Upper Midwest and processed in Moorhead, Minnesota.

Chef Robert’s Gourmet Breading Mix was founded in 1985 by Chef Robert from Brainerd, Minnesota.

Jimmy’s Dressings and Dips began in 1958 when Jimmy and Ella Slightam purchased The Fish House restaurant in Stewartville, MN, the same small town our products are made in today.

What started in their kitchen quickly grew into a Midwest staple. Now in its third generation, Jimmy’s maintains its family tradition, crafting delicious dressings and dips for you and your loved ones.

Founded in 2003, Matt Maier started with 150 acres in Cannon Falls, MN. Since then, the operation has expanded to include 1,000 acres with 13 different small farm land owners.
